You can download this desktop application here.
http://www3.sympatico.ca/green.s/download.htm NBAStats delivers up to the
minute scores, select player for up to minute stats and standings as well as
XML news stories from many major news sources.

OR, you can open up IE, and type "espn" and then hit CTRL+Enter in the
address bar.

Or better yet, open up firefox and have your home page set to more than one
website so that you can open espn.com, nytimes.com, redhotpawn.com,
gmail.com and slashdot.org all at once.

Search though espn for the data you want, click-wait, click-wait,
click-wait or open up one big browser window so your whole desktop is
occupied with ads, pictures and data you arent interested in. Doesnt make
sense when u can get the data your interested in with a double click.
